PART 3 Miscellaneous and Charges:
- A - Connection and Service Inspection: There shall be an inspection fee of $40.00 for all sanitary sewer service installations. (Reference 413.02).
- B - Plan Review Fees and Deposits: (Reference 606) The following fees and deposits shall apply:
1. With the submission of construction drawings, site plans, utility plans or grading plans, there shall be paid to the District an initial deposit of three percent (3%) of the estimated cost of construction, but not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), for the Plan Review Fee.
2. Prior to the commencement of construction, an initial deposit of six percent (6%) of the estimated cost of construction, but not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), shall be paid to the District for the Inspection Fee.
3. Additional deposits shall be paid as requested by the District as needed to cover the above stated items.
4. Upon final acceptance of the construction by the District and receipt by the District of a written request from the person making the deposits, the District shall refund any unused portion of the amounts deposited. All funds not so requested within one year of the District’s acceptance of the construction shall be placed in the District’s general fund to be used at the sole discretion of the District.
- C - Reconnection Fee: The reconnection fee shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
- D - Water Meter Replacement Charge: The water meter replacement charge shall be Forty Dollars ($40.00).

1. G - Records Release Policy: The fees and procedures shall be made as follows:
1. 25 cents per copy
2. A sign out sheet must be signed by the receiver with name, address, date and documents received.
- H - Bulk Water: The following fees are for bulk water sales shall apply. Bulk water sales shall and be permitted from (October 1 – May 31) at the discretion of the district.
1. Water Haulers: Per 1,000 gallon charge - $8.00 - All Water Haulers must register at the District Office, execute a permit application to purchase water to haul and pay a deposit fee of $75.00 at the time the permit is issued.
2. Swimming Pools: In order to fill a swimming pool, a customer must rent a meter from the District at a cost of $200.00, plus pay the sum of $8.00 per 1,000 gallons used, said sum to be prorated from the District at a cost of $200.00 plus $8.00 per 1,000 gallons of water used.
- I - Relocate Meter and/or Remote: The service charge to relocate the meter and/or remote due to obstruction of the meter and/or remote at request of customer shall be charged Forty dollars ($40.00).
- J - Inspection/installation Fee For Non-Cancellation: The service charge for an additional trip to inspect and/or install a meter/remote will be Forty dollars ($40.00).
- K - Unauthorized use and/or Violation of the Rules and Regulations: There shall be a service charge to investigate, notify, or discontinue water service as a result of fraud or illegal diversion of water, including unauthorized commencement of services, or any other violation of the Rules and Regulations. The District shall levy a charge of $50 per the first offense and $100 for the second offense, plus a charge for the water utilized.
- L - Testing of Meter: The following fees will be charged for testing a meter at the customers’ request.
1. Where the meter does not test within 97% and 103% accuracy there shall not be a charge.
2. Where meter tests with 97% and 103% accuracy, the charge shall be $60.00.
- M - Return Check Charge: There shall be a fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for all returned checks.
- N - To Pump Meter Pit: There shall be a fee of Forty dollars ($40.00) to pump out a meter pit to obtain a reading.
- O - Replacement or Repair: There shall be a charge of Twenty dollars ($20.00) for replacing the water box lids. Thirty dollars ($30.00) for the replacement of the tap section of the water box, and Forty-five dollars ($45.00) to replace the entire water box, plus the cost of the excavation.
- P - Debit/Credit/Charge Card Service Fee: There will be a $3.50 service fee added to all credit, debit, and charge card transactions.
